Exotics C725 Driver

Exotics C725 Driver

Flight Tuning System - A two-tier Front/Back Weight System with a back weight that is easily able to move to the Draw, Neutral or Fade weight ports that have been designed for the 725 Series.

The C725 Driver will come standard with a 5-gram weight in the front and a 15-gram weight in the back that allows for both extreme M.O.I. and flight/spin rate manipulation. Moving the back weight to the different weight ports allows for a +/- 7-yard heel and toe bias in directional flight. For example, if you were to move the weight to the Fade weight port, your flight would adjust 7 yards right for a right-handed player, and vice versa for the Draw setting.

The Flight Tuning system allows for adjustability at a rate of +/- 300 RPMs of spin rate when the weights are switched from front to back. The M.O.I. range adjustment range is a combined threshold of 8500 g-cm2 to 8200 g-cm2, making for an available adjustability of 11% by switching the heavier weight with the lighter weight.

360° Ridgeback Technology - Tour Edge engineers employed the Ridgeback Titanium brace for the C725 features increased structural properties and 360-degree perimeter weighting.

22% more carbon fiber has replaced the Ridgeback spine running from the center of the face through the crown that’s been employed on previous designs utilizing Ridgeback. The 360° Ridgeback wraps around the entire perimeter to frame the entire clubhead.

This Ridgeback 360-degree brace acts as a brace for the entire clubhead to produce more power across the entire face, including the extreme perimeters. Adding additional Titanium to the entire perimeter with a thicker ridge at center face allows more support on off-center hits to increase face deflection.

Ridgeback is designed to create superior feel at impact. The extra rigidity created by the brace through the crown produces a much stronger feel at impact when compared to a full carbon crown and results in a crisper and brighter feel at strike.

Power Channel - A new Power Channel has been incorporated into the 725 designs directly behind the face on the sole of the clubhead.

The Power Channel creates better weight distribution and increased face flexing and delivers amplified ball speed and less spin, as well as added forgiveness on shots struck lower on the face.

3D Diamond Face - The new 3D Diamond Face is made up of new three-dimensional diamond shapes of variable face thickness behind the face. There are 61 total diamond shapes featured on 3D Diamond Face, comprising seven different 3D thicknesses in an interweaving pattern. The face thickness of the new 3D Diamond Face is thinner on the heel and toe of the C725 Driver.

The mini-trampolines that make-up 3D Diamond Face create faster ball speeds and an expanded sweet spot. Instead of a flat diamond shape from previous Diamond Face designs, the 3D Diamond Face tech brings the face to life with full depth and height of the Diamond shapes being utilized in the variable face thickness pattern.

The change in shape to the 3D Diamond Face coverage removes additional weight from the face and dramatically increases ball speed on off-center hits while also greatly aiding forgiveness strikes to the extreme heel and toe of the clubhead.

Finned Internal Ribbing - Upgraded acoustic engineering is achieved through Finned Internal Ribbing strategically placed on the inside of the clubhead.

Internally, the finned ribbing bounce sound on the inside of the club head to provide top-shelf sound and feel.

Super Low and Mid/Back CG - The Center of Gravity on the C725 has been moved lower and mid-back in the clubhead. The new CG placement that is 8% further back and 5% lower than the C723 Driver still creates a more penetrating, spin resistant ball flight for faster ball speeds, but now with added forgiveness that is easier to get airborne.
